1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws. We may modify these Terms at any time as described in Section 16, and your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the changes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.

3. The Site is informational

The Site is a marketing and informational resource about EonAstra and our work. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer, solicitation, warranty, professional advice, or a binding commitment to provide services, and no contract for services is formed by your use of the Site or by submitting an inquiry. Any engagement between you and EonAstra will be governed exclusively by a separate, signed written agreement. Submitting an inquiry does not create a client, advisory, partnership, joint venture, agency, or fiduciary relationship of any kind.

4. Licence to use the Site

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable licence to access and view the Site for your own lawful, informational use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and all of its contents — including text, graphics, logos, the EonAstra name and wordmark, icons, images, page layouts, design, copy, software, and code — are owned by or licensed to EonAstra and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, translate, create derivative works from, publicly display, frame, scrape, mine, or otherwise exploit any part of the Site without our prior written consent. "EonAstra", the EonAstra logo, and our product names are trademarks of EonAstra; you may not use them without our prior written permission.

6. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not, and will not attempt to:

• use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorised purpose;
• access, tamper with, probe, scan, or disrupt the Site, its servers, or networks, or bypass any security or access controls;
• introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code, or place an unreasonable load on our infrastructure (including via bots, scrapers, or denial-of-service techniques);
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of any part of the Site, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law;
• harvest or collect information about other users, or use the contact form or our email addresses to send spam, solicitations, or unlawful content;
• infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of EonAstra or any third party, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

7. Submissions and feedback

If you send us ideas, suggestions, feedback, or other materials (other than personal information covered by our Privacy Policy), you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and fully sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, and otherwise exploit them for any purpose without any obligation, attribution, or compensation to you. You represent that you have the right to grant this licence and that your submission does not violate any law or third-party right.

8. Third-party links and services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, products, or services that we do not own or control. We provide these links for convenience only and do not endorse and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Accessing third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site or its servers are free of harmful components. Any information on the Site (including case studies, examples, and forward-looking statements) is for general information only and may change without notice; you should not rely on it as the sole basis for any decision. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will EonAstra or its directors, officers, employees, contractors, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Site, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred United States dollars (USD 100). Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EonAstra and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site, your submissions, or your breach of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and explains how we handle information.

13. Our products and applications

EonAstra develops and distributes products and applications worldwide. Those products are not part of the Site and are governed by their own terms and by any applicable third-party platform terms (such as app store agreements). These Terms apply only to the Site.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Site (including non-contractual disputes) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and EonAstra irrevocably agree that the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute, and you submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Where you are a consumer entitled to the protection of mandatory laws of your country of residence, nothing in this section deprives you of that protection.

15. Time limit and dispute resolution

Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at info@eonastra.com and attempt to resolve the matter informally in good faith. To the extent permitted by law, any claim relating to the Site must be brought within one (1) year after the event giving rise to it, otherwise it is permanently barred.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Changes take effect when posted. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically; your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept them.

17. General

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and EonAstra regarding the Site and supersede any prior agreements on that subject. If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them freely. We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control. The section headings are for convenience only.
