Overview
A UK luxury chauffeur business needed a site that converts inquiries, feels ultra-premium, and lets the owner run the whole operation without a developer. We built the public marketing site, a low-friction booking flow, a protected admin dashboard, and a headless CMS — as one coherent product.
The challenge
Convert high-intent visitors into inquiries, present an ultra-premium brand, and give the owner full control of content and bookings without touching code.
Our approach
A four-step booking flow feeding a JWT-protected admin dashboard (bookings, drivers, payments, messages), with all marketing content editable in Sanity. Operational data (Supabase) and content (Sanity) are kept deliberately separate for the right security model on each. SEO/AEO foundations and programmatic area pages built in from the start.
Outcome
A production-ready platform — SSR for search visibility, self-serve content editing, and an operations back office — currently in final pre-launch.
